Natirar has formed a strategic partnership with New York based Restaurant Associates and New Jersey based Ome Caterers tor events held in The Mansion. This partnership pioneers a chef consortium consisting of a talented pool of experienced chefs including David C. Felton, Executive Chef of Ninety Acres Culinary Center, Restaurant Associates’ Executive Chef Tim McLaughlin and Executive Chef Wilson Giampietri from Ome Caterers. Together these chefs will extend the Farm to Fork dining experience already available on the Natirar Property by drawing inspiration for banquet menus through locally sourced ingredients, much of which will be grown at Natirar’s own 15-acre sustainable farm.
Natirar's Event Coordinators will discuss all menu options available to you in detail and submit a proposal. It is our pleasure to assist you in making the planning process a seamless and pleasant experience. Catering for The Mansion at Natirar will provide the food, labor (wait staff and chefs), and rentals – china, tables, chairs, glass, silverware and linens. Price varies depending upon menu selections, number of people and style of service.
