ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Mansion, reception tent, cook tent, heating and air conditioning in the tents, basic lighting and bathroom facilities are provided by Natirar and are included in the facility fee.
Activities: We are happy to help with additional activities for guests.
ADA Consideration: The facility meets ADA requirements.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are nonrefundable.
Coat Check: A coat check is available at an additional cost and can be provided by the caterers.
Clean-up: Clean-up is included in the facility fee.
Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. Additional deposits and final payment, including any applicable taxes, are due prior to the event. Terms are listed in detail on the “Private Function Agreement”.
Hours of Operation: The reception site is available for 6 to 7 hours, including ceremonies, receptions and dinners. The site can be used until 11 pm Sunday through Thursday and 1 am Friday and Saturday in accordance with local zoning restrictions.
Insurance: Patron is required to take out liability insurance prior to their event. Proof of insurance must be supplied two months prior to the event.
Lighting, Heating, and Electricity: Indoor heating, air conditioning and basic lighting is available and included in the facility fee. Sufficient electrical power is available at the reception site. For additional lighting options, please speak to our approved lighting vendor for a list of available packages.
Music: Patron is responsible for providing entertainment. Music must end at 11 pm Sunday through Thursday and 1 am on Friday and Saturday in accordance with local zoning restrictions.
Parking: Valet parking is required and is in addition to the facility fee.
Photography and Videography: Patron is responsible for providing a photographer or videographer. There are no regulations or
restrictions on photography or videotaping.
Security: Certain events require additional security. Charges vary, please speak to your event coordinator.
Set Up: The site is available for setup on the day of the event. If additional set up time is required, it must be arranged with the Events Coordinator and is subject to availability.
Sound Engineer: As a condition of being granted permission to perform at Natirar, all vendors will be required to contract with our sound engineer for rental of sound equipment at an additional fee. Our sound engineer will coordinate audio, video, and staging of rentals for the event, and will be onsite to run equipment during the event. This will include overseeing delivery, load-in, set up and load out of equipment.
Staffing: The caterer will provide serving and additional related staff.
Taxes, Gratuities & Additional Fees: A 7% sales tax is applied to the facility fee and beverage charge.
Transportation: We can assist in locating and arranging transportation for guests to and from outlying hotels.
