The cooking school is designed for both small-group hands-on cooking classes, as well as large group lectures given by world-renowned culinary personalities.  The facility is outfitted with world-class appliances and features an extensive calendar of annual spot-light events and a rich curriculum of visiting chefs and vintners that will teach culinary classes to members, hotel guests and the public alike.  All classes are led with a keen eye toward seasonality and sustainability.  More than 1200 square feet in size, The Cooking School features three comfortable workstations for hands-on classes.  For demonstration classes, the flat screen video linked to adjustable cameras provide a close-up look, and comfortable chairs and tables accommodate the students. There is a maximum capacity of 12 people in the hands-on workshops and 20 in the interactive demonstrations.  Custom designed stainless steel tables that lift to "prep height" and lower to "dining height" may be configured to function as spacious work stations or create a beautiful dining experience when the meal is ready to enjoy.
