The Wine School at Ninety Acres Culinary Center believes that wine and spirits have long been and evolved into an important role in our shared history. We accept it as a particular quality of life. We believe that wines express the earth, the whole earth and nothing but the earth.  Aside from trying to communicate knowledge about mankind's most interesting beverages, we try to put students at ease about the subject. We know that wine can be an intimidating topic to many and that there is much misunderstood. From food & wine pairings to intimate dinners with worldly winemakers and walk-around wine tastings, the Wine School at Ninety Acres Culinary Center offers students solid information in a manner that neither intimidates nor confuses.
