There’s nothing fresher than eating food directly from the farm, but even beyond the freshness, the farm compliments the culinary education programs offered on the property.  We have the good fortune of using The Farm as an outdoor classroom for those with a flair for gardening and an interest in sustainable growing.  The interactive experience of picking the produce that will be used to cook your meal will enhance any dining excursion.
